Aba Kiser (she/they)

Aba Kiser is an event producer and project manager currently grateful to live on Chimakum/S’Klallam land in the Olympic Peninsula. Aba's work is a tapestry of regional value chain development, culturally relevant frameworks, and groundbreaking events like the Cascadia Grains Conference and the International Quinoa Research Symposium. In 2020, she earned recognition as Capital Press’ Western Innovator for her unwavering commitment to data equity and participatory frameworks. Extending beyond the fields and conference halls, Aba moonlights as a performer and media producer and during the George Floyd uprising she founded Watershed Productions to blend her love for media production with her dedication to culturally relevant food and farming projects. Aba finds solace in tending her cover crop garden when she's not orchestrating transformative events or planning her next international adventure.

Jade Evans

Jade is a Digital Marketing and Creative Content Designer. She has worked for a leading northwest Cidery and produced video content for live and pre-recorded events, including filming and editing as well as promotional content on various social media platforms. Jade's focus is capturing the human spirit and genuine storytelling through creative content.

Jules Panagacos

Jules is an event producer and curator living in Seattle. They have been involved in social movements for food sovereignty, gender justice, and solidarity economy over the last 15 years and specifically loves to plan and facilitate participatory events. With a background in summer camp and outdoor education, Jules supports the process of creation with playfulness, collaboration, and willingness to adapt. She brings the values of organizations to life through care oriented details in online, in-person, and hybrid experiences.

Farmer Campus Co-Founder, Storyteller/Journalist, Media Correspondent, Educator, Facilitator

Katie Brimm

Katie Brimm has worked for over a decade in the international and local food movement in various roles including writer, activist, no-till farmer, educator and storyteller. Her stories work to center underrepresented voices and issues in the food movement. She is the Co-Founder of Farmer Campus, an online learning hub connecting farmers and ranchers around the world while producing hard-hitting curriculum around topics like climate and agroecology. In addition to that work, she is a Public Voice Fellow through the Yale Program for Climate Communications and publishes both creative journalism pieces and podcast interviews with farmers adapting to climate change. She consults with like-minded organizations as a professional facilitator, media correspondent, and content creator. She is finishing her MA at Middlebury College and is passionate about cultivating resilience, justice and joy.
